Service Call (small engine service)
Have a small engine that is not working the way it should.
We will come to you and fix it. A service call for trouble shooting is $55 (travel milage may apply).
Any other repairs to get the machine working may require extra charges and will need approval before fixing.

Return to Complete Repairs (small engine service)
We have already looked at your machine and are waiting for parts to complete the service
Once the parts arrive you will need to book another appointment so we can return and complete the service.
Pickup Machine (small engine service)
Due to the nature of the repairs we may need to pickup your machine and bring it to our garage.
The costs associated with the repairs will most likely require approval from you before completing said repairs.
Once the repairs are complete a new appointment will need to be book to Return Machine.
Return Machine (small engine service)
We had to bring your machine to the garage to complete repairs.
It is now fixed and ready to be returned to you.

Many times a quote can be done without viewing the property, other times a short visit is required.
We will take measurements of the areas that need to be cleaned and asses the current state before giving a quote.
